"Keyword Report" Your Critical First Step

 

	We search out the keywords with the aid of an online site called "WORDTRACKER."  Raw data is gathered in large amounts to determine the following:
		Keyword combinations that have a relationship to your business.
		In a fixed period of time, how many people search for that keyword or keyword combination.
		How many competitors are fighting for each keyword or keyword combination.
	Selection of your "Niche" is accomplished with an in-house-developed program. This algorithm takes the large amounts of data collected via the "WORDTRACKER" site and clearly identifies the keyword or keyword combinations, which offer a significant amount of traffic (popularity) potential with the least amount of competition.
		The 'Keyword Report' includes all summary and raw data information in an Acrobat PDF format, as well as one printed summary and a consultation/review of that data.
		Cost for the LR Associates "Keyword Report" is $300.00

 

	Starting with the "Keyword Niche" found in the "Keyword Report" or by using the keywords supplied by the client, we populate the above HTML tags (invisible text) to create a page that is "Search Engine Friendly."  During this process, serious consideration is given to the "Keyword Factors" (Keyword Frequency, Keyword Placement, Keyword Prominence & Keyword Weight) found in tips step C.
	We ensure that the HTML Tags are correctly entered into the coding and that the tag placement offers the best "Search Engine" results. This is accomplished by manual entry of the code into the HTML source by us or by giving specific instructions to the client's Webmaster.
		LR Associates offers this service at an hourly rate of $125.00 per hour (HTML Tag Creation is typically $125.00 per page)

	The key here is "Relevant Site Content." We review the page or pages in question and make recommendations as to the placement of visible text and invisible text (HTML Tags) based on your targeted Keywords. The client's Webmaster can then implement accepted recommendations.

		For Southeast Michigan Clients, LR Associates, Inc. offers a GreatLakesOnLine.com. VIP+ listing for $8.00 per month or VIP+ "Top of the Page" (if available) for $18.00 per month

	Your page is submitted to (in alphabetical order),  AllTheWeb, AltaVista, AOL Web Sites, AskJeeves, Google, HotBot, Iwon, Lycos, MSN, Netscape, WiseNut, and Yahoo Web Pages (different from Yahoo Directory) using a product called WebPosition Gold2. This product was specifically designed to support the major search engines.
	A report  is generated showing submission verification along with the estimated times for each site to index your page.
	After 6 weeks, a verification report is run and resubmitted if necessary.

	This is a monthly report.  Your page will be verified each month with all major search engines and a report will be compiled and sent to you. Any pages that are not indexed will be automatically resubmitted.
		Major Search Engine Index Monthly Verifier service $15.00 per month per page (one year contract required)

 

	"Search Engine" specific tuning, to improve site position in highly competitive "Key Word" environments. We will review the page or pages in question and make recommendations about the placement of visible text and invisible text.
		Website consultation/evaluation $125.00 per hour.  Usually done 'complimentary' once first appt. is set.

	"Keyword Optimized Site Index Cluster" is a mini-website composed of five (5) pages. Each page is specifically tuned for a different targeted keyword or phrase and can be linked directly to different pages within your website. Hence, the "Keyword Optimized Site Index Cluster" becomes an extremely "Search Engine Friendly" site index to your website and is tailored to rank well on a particular engine, and for a particular keyword or phrase. [ Example ]
		First 5-page Keyword Optimized Site Index Cluster - $500.00
		Additional pages can be added - $100.00 per page
	*Please Note: LR Associates, Inc. will create "Keyword Optimized Site Index Cluster " only for targeted keywords and phrases that apply to your web site's actual content.

 

	Monthly "Keyword Optimized Site Index Cluster" hosting fees and support billed directly to your MasterCard or VISA. Hosting Package includes; Hosting of 1-5 "Keyword Optimized" pages, On-Line usage statistics to track Web Site activity, and Fees for domain registration and renewal. Site hosting shall have an initial term of one year. At the end of the initial term this agreement shall automatically renew for another year unless the client notifies LR Associates, Inc. of the client's intent to cancel.
		$30.00 per month (first 1-5 pages, all above included)
		Additional pages hosted - $5.00 per month for 5 pages
